For generations, we at Di Lascio have carried on the art of cheesemaking with dedication, combining secrets passed down from father to son with the most modern technologies, without ever losing sight of the quality and authenticity of the product..

It all began in the 1950s, when Enrico and Donatella Di Lascio opened their first dairy in Paestum, within the ancient Greek walls in the Vicolo delle Tavernelle. At a time when everything was handmade and every family member contributed to the daily work, our dairy adventure began with the production of sheep’s and goat’s milk cheeses and ricotta, destined for local markets. Every day, our cheese traveled to Salerno, carefully transported by our father and distributed with effort and pride to the city’s shops and pastry shops..

In the 1960s, our story took a decisive turn with the introduction of buffalo mozzarella, produced in the new dairy opened in the S. Venere district. From that moment, our company expanded, always remaining faithful to quality and tradition. In 1989, a major leap forward was made with the opening of the Fratelli Di Lascio dairy on State Road 18, in the Cerro district.
